The (CTD) is a Costa Rican Government initiative embodied by the National Learning Institute (INA), with the support of Radio Netherland Training Centre and TDC Events International.
This congress answers to the need of the television and the telecommunications industry of Costa Rica and Central America, of modernizing and developing its technological infrastructure in order to face in a competitive way the digital challenge.

In order to assure a great assistance to the congress, at local and international level, the Costa Rican government, trough the INA, has designed a high impact media plan through radio, press and television.
Likewise, it has selected a commission that will visit the homologous institutions in Central America to invite them to nourish from information and knowledge provided by the commercial and academic environment of the event. |
