CTD CENTRAL AMERICAN AND CARIBBEAN DIGITAL COMMUNICATION AND TRANSMISION CONGRESS

	The (CTD) is a Costa Rican Government initiative embodied by the National Learning Institute (INA), with the support of Radio Netherland Training Centre and TDC Events International. This congress answers to the need of the television and the telecommunications industry of Costa Rica and Central America, of modernizing and developing its technological infrastructure in order to face in a competitive way the digital challenge.
